2003 Show - Annie Get Your Gun
BasOp's 2003 show was the well known musical "Annie Get Your Gun".
Featuring a host of well-known songs including "There's No Business Like Show Business"
and "Anything You Can Do I Can Do Better", the story is based (loosely!) on the story
of sharp-shootin' Annie Oakley in Buffalo Bill's Wild West Circus.
Annie takes up the challenge issued by the circus's regular sharpshooter, Frank Butler,
and proves herself the better shot, eventually joining the show.
But as their thoughts turn to romance, can Frank ever love a woman who's a better shot than he is?
Other songs from the show include:
- Doin' what comes naturally,
- The Girl that I Marry,
- You can't Get a Man with a Gun,
- I'm an Indian Too,
- They say its wonderful.
