2002 Show

BasOp's 2002 show was the well known musical "Me And My Girl", the rags-to-riches story of Bill Snibson. Romance and comedy were in the air as Bill, a pugnacious cockney ne-er-do-well, inherits the Earldom of Hareford and an array of aristocratic relations who attempt to educate him in the ways expected of a gentleman.

The show ran from June 5th to 8th at the Towngate Theatre, Basildon. The curtain opened at 7:30 pm each evening and at 2:30 pm for the Saturday matinee.
